🍄 Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage Hosts International Networking Forum to Drive Indoor Agricultural Innovation for Future Alternative Proteins 🌍

On May 23, 2026, from 08:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m., at the Service Business Operations Center Building, Associate Professor Dr. Orasa Jaroontham, Vice President of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage, gave the opening speech for the International Networking Forum. 🏛️ This event was held under the research project “Development of Indoor Agricultural Innovation to Bamboo Mushroom Production for Plant-Based Food Industry,” funded by the Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC), Thailand. The forum aimed to transfer knowledge, technology, and innovations in environmentally controlled indoor agriculture for bamboo mushroom cultivation systems from research findings to practical industrial applications. It also promoted the development of bamboo mushrooms as an alternative protein raw material for the future food industry. 🌱

Furthermore, the project seeks to establish a Technology Transfer Platform that strengthens collaboration among researchers, the private sector, investors, and technology users. The initiative promotes national and international networking in the fields of Smart Agriculture, Alternative Protein, and Food Innovation to drive research and innovation toward tangible commercial applications. 📈 Participants in this event included representatives from the private sector and various domestic and international organizations, including Yunan F-B&Delicacy Trade Association, China, TK Rice mill and ash co., ltd, PKW. co., ltd., Anman Technology Co.,Ltd., and Thanyakit Nakhon Pathom (2521) Co., Ltd. 🤝

🍄 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ จัด International Networking Forum ขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมเกษตรในร่มสู่โปรตีนทางเลือกแห่งอนาคต 🌍

เมื่อวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30-16.30 น. ณ อาคารศูนย์ปฏิบัติการด้านธุรกิจบริการ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อรสา จรูญธรรม รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม International Networking Forum ภายใต้โครงการวิจัยการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเกษตรในร่มเพื่อผลิตเห็ดเยื่อไผ่สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารจากโปรตีนทางเลือก 🏛️ โครงการดังกล่าวได้รับการสนับสนุนทุนวิจัยจากหน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ (บพข.) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมด้านการเกษตรในร่ม (Indoor Agriculture) ด้วยระบบการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดเยื่อไผ่แบบควบคุมสภาพแวดล้อม จากผลงานวิจัยสู่การประยุกต์ใช้จริงในภาคอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเห็ดเยื่อไผ่ให้เป็นวัตถุดิบโปรตีนทางเลือกสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารแห่งอนาคต (Future Food Industry) 🌱

นอกเหนือจากนั้น โครงการยังมุ่งสร้างกลไก Technology Transfer Platform เพื่อเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างภาควิจัย ภาคเอกชน นักลงทุน และผู้ใช้งานเทคโนโลยี ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศด้าน Smart Agriculture, Alternative Protein และ Food Innovation เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม 📈 โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจากภาคเอกชนและตัวแทนหน่วยงานประกอบด้วย Yunan F-B&Delicacy Trade Association, China, TK Rice mill and ash co., ltd, PKW. co., ltd., Anman Technology Co.,Ltd. และ บริษัท ธัญญกิจ นครปฐม (2521) จำกัด เข้าร่วมการประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง 🤝
